The Cara Cara is a red fleshed navel orange. The Cara Cara has pinkish to red flesh similar to red grapefruit. The fruit matures slightly earlier than Washington navel. The fruit of the Cara Cara is sweet, seedless and the fruit often grows larger than a Washington Navel.
