This is a young white wine made from the variety viura. The grapes were harvested and pressed with great care, so producing a must which was then fermented with particular attention being paid to the fermentation temperature. Once completed, the resulting wine was stabilised naturally prior to bottling. The wine is pale lemon in colour with attractive glints.

Tasting Notes: The nose is intensely aromatic with notes of ripe fruits such as white currants, yellow plums and pears with citrus and banana on the finish.

Pairing: In terms of food pairing, this wine is a good accompaniment for fish and sea food, apritifs and salads.
